Dr. Wang is an internationally renowned researcher and eye surgeon.
- He has published numerous scientific papers, including one on the world renowned journal NATURE.
- He edited a text on corneal topography, the technology used to map the eye, and lectures internationally on the topic.
- He edidted a text on irregualr astigmatism, a problem which affects many with corneal surgery complications, corneal disease and trauma.
- He is interested in combining the Intralase laser technology with artifical cornea transplantation. He described the world's first femtosecond laser-assisted Alphacor artificial cornea implantation, an offlabel use of the Intralase.
